2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on our platform, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and proprietary technology, is owned by Remedē Health. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal parental consent.
• You will provide accurate health and personal information when required.
• You will not use our services for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• You understand that medical outcomes depend on external providers and individual health conditions.
4. USER REGISTRATION

Such arrangements:

• Do not restrict a client’s right to request alternative options
• Do not override our commitment to act in the best interests of the client
Clients remain free to make independent decisions regarding their healthcare providers at all times.
12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to update, suspend, or terminate any part of our platform without prior notice if required for security, compliance, or service improvements.
