Professional memberships are annual-only and subject to application, review and confirmed payment. Approval alone does not activate paid benefits. Applicable VAT, payment, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in our Annual Membership Terms, effective 5 November 2026.
Community access follows approval and community guidelines. Profiles need documented review, Marketplace listings need suitability and regulatory checks, and future telehealth participation requires appropriate licensing, governance and privacy safeguards. Developing features are not currently operational.
