These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Remedē Health website, accounts, memberships, Dossier documents and concierge services. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
2. Our services
Remedē Health provides healthcare-navigation and concierge services. We help clients research and connect with independent medical professionals, clinics, longevity programmes and wellness services.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not a clinic, hospital or healthcare provider. Medical decisions should always be made with a qualified, licensed medical professional.
3. Demonstration content on this website
Parts of this website are still in development and show clearly labelled demonstration content, including sample provider profiles, destinations, events, articles and sample Dossier documents. Demonstration content is illustrative only. It does not describe real providers, credentials, accreditations, partnerships or results, and you should not rely on it.
4. AI tools
The AI Navigator and Dossier guide finder produce automated suggestions to help you explore our content. They do not provide medical advice, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must not be used to make medical decisions. Please do not enter medical or health details into these tools.
5. Health information
This website is not designed to receive medical records or detailed health information, and our online forms collect contact details only. Please do not send medical details through the website. If our concierge team needs health information to help you, we will agree a suitable way to share it with you directly.
6. Accounts
To buy documents, join a membership or apply to a pathway, you will need an account. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details confidential;
- Keeping your contact details accurate; and
- Telling us promptly at hello@remedehealth.com if you think someone else has used your account.
7. Membership
Remedē Health offers two membership pathways: Professional Membership and Private & Corporate Membership.
- Applications are reviewed by our team. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership, and we may approve or decline an application at our discretion.
- Some benefits described on the website are marked as in development. They are not yet available and are not included in your membership until we confirm otherwise.
- The membership name, price, billing frequency, renewal terms and any minimum commitment will be shown to you before you pay.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay and include any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Single Dossier documents are a one-time payment.
- Dossier All-Access and memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year, as shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@remedehealth.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.
After each purchase we will email you a confirmation, together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the model cancellation form.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Your rights to cancel and to receive a refund are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available at www.remedehealth.com/cancellation-policy. In summary:
- Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a service or membership bought online.
- If you ask us to begin a service within those 14 days and then cancel, you may have to pay for work already done.
- For downloadable documents, if you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel, that right ends when access or downloading begins.
10. Dossier documents
When you buy a Dossier document or have access through a subscription or membership, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and read it for your own use. You may not resell, share publicly, republish or distribute it. Access through a subscription or membership lasts while that subscription or membership is active.
Dossier documents are general information and are not medical advice.
11. Independent providers and referral fees
Doctors, clinics, hospitals, wellness providers, travel providers and other third parties are independent of Remedē Health. Their own terms, prices and cancellation policies apply to the services they provide. You should carry out your own checks before engaging any provider, and we cannot guarantee the availability of any treatment or the outcome of any procedure.
Remedē Health may receive referral fees, commissions or other payments from providers we introduce. Where this applies to a provider we recommend to you, we will tell you before you proceed. Such arrangements do not oblige you to use any provider, do not limit your right to ask for alternatives, and do not override our commitment to act in your best interests.
12. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes;
- Try to access another person's account or information;
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website; or
- Post or send content that is false, misleading, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.
13. Your contributions
If you send us feedback or a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to improve our services. We will only publish a testimonial or use it in marketing with your permission, and we will remove it if you ask.
14. Intellectual property
The Remedē Health name, emblem, website content and documents belong to Remede Health Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without our written permission, except as these Terms allow. If you believe content on our website infringes your rights, please contact hello@remedehealth.com.
15. Third-party websites
Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
16. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at www.remedehealth.com/privacy. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights, including rights available to California residents.
17. Our responsibility to you
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for:
- Treatment, advice or outcomes provided by independent healthcare or travel providers;
- Decisions you make based on demonstration content or automated AI suggestions; or
- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks or government action.
If you use our services for business purposes, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
18. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously breach these Terms, if your use puts you or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you in advance and explain why. If we end a paid service for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any amount paid for the part not provided.
We may change or withdraw parts of the website, for example for security or maintenance.
19. Emergencies
Our services are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 in the UK, 911 in the US, or your local emergency number, or seek immediate medical help.
20. Communications
You agree that we may contact you by email about your account, purchases and enquiries, and that contracts can be formed electronically. Marketing emails are only sent with your permission, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or the law. The version that applies to a purchase is the version in place when you made it. We will tell you about significant changes that affect an active subscription or membership before they take effect.
22. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please email hello@remedehealth.com and we will aim to respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, we may suggest mediation, but this is voluntary and does not affect your right to go to court.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there, and you keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
