Annual Membership Terms

Effective 5 November 2026. How annual professional membership works.

1. Joining

1.1 Membership is by application. Submitting an application does not create a membership or any right to one.

1.2 We review each application and may approve, decline or ask for more information. We do not have to give reasons for a decision.

1.3 Your membership starts only when we have approved your application, you have accepted these terms and we have received your payment in full. We will confirm the activation date in writing.

1.4 Founders Circle is by application only, limited to 100 members, and its fee is shared privately with approved applicants.

2. Fees and payment

2.1 Annual fees are: Connect™ £895, Alliance™ £1,750, Elite Circle™ £3,950. Founders Circle fees are confirmed privately.

2.2 Remedē Health is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If we register for VAT, we will tell you before any renewal and show VAT clearly.

2.3 Fees are paid once, in advance, for 12 months. We do not offer monthly payment for professional memberships.

3. Term and renewal

3.1 Your membership lasts 12 months from the activation date.

3.2 Membership does not renew automatically. We will contact you about 30 days before it ends. If you wish to continue, you will need to confirm and pay again.

3.3 If you do not renew, your membership and its benefits end on the expiry date, including access to the members' WhatsApp community.

4. Seats

4.1 Each membership includes a set number of named seats: Connect™ 1, Alliance™ 1, Elite Circle™ 2, Founders Circle 3.

4.2 Seats are for named individuals within your organisation. They may not be shared, resold or transferred outside it. You may ask us to change a named seat holder.

5. Benefits

5.1 The benefits for each tier are described on our Membership pages. Some benefits are marked as available now and others as coming soon or subject to availability.

5.2 Introductions, features, editorial contributions, events and similar opportunities are offered at our discretion and depend on availability and suitability. We do not guarantee referrals, clients, revenue, publicity or any particular outcome.

5.3 Membership is not an endorsement, accreditation or certification by Remedē Health, and you must not present it as one.

5.4 We may improve or change benefits during the year. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we will tell you and offer a fair remedy, which may include a proportionate refund.

6. WhatsApp community

6.1 Paid, active members may ask to join the Remedē Health WhatsApp community by giving us a mobile number and accepting the community rules.

6.2 The community is, and will always be, patient-first and professional. Its purpose is to give healthcare professionals, wellness specialists and patients a professional space to exchange insights, share resources, and support health solutions, events and education around health. Community rules:

  • Posts must prioritise patient needs, solutions or relevant services.
  • Patient cases must be anonymised or shared with consent.
  • Adverts are allowed as text, PDFs, flyers or video introductions, but must be approved by an admin before posting or they will be deleted.
  • Presentations must be shared privately if requested by group members.
  • Do not spam under any condition. Spamming will result in instant removal from the group.
  • Focus on healthcare, wellness and medical tourism. Off-topic posts (for example holiday greetings or personal updates) will be removed.
  • Share event details and collaboration opportunities clearly.
  • Respect members' time: please avoid unnecessary messages.
  • Fundraising posts require admin approval and clear, verifiable details.

6.3 We may remove anyone from the community who breaks these rules. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy practices.

7. Your responsibilities

7.1 You confirm that the information in your application is accurate and that you hold any qualifications, registrations and insurance your work requires.

7.2 You remain fully responsible for your own professional services, advice and conduct. Remedē Health does not supervise or take responsibility for members' work.

8. Cancellation

8.1 If you join as a consumer, you have 14 days from activation to cancel without giving a reason, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8.2 If you asked us to start your membership during that period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for benefits already provided.

8.3 If you join as a business, the 14-day consumer cancellation right does not apply, but we will consider reasonable requests in good faith.

8.4 After the cancellation period, fees are not normally refundable for the remainder of the 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise or clause 5.4 applies.

9. Suspension and ending membership

9.1 We may suspend or end your membership if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, the community rules or the law, or act in a way that could harm members, clients or Remedē Health. Where it is fair, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

9.2 If we end your membership for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your fee.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10.2 Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with your membership is limited to the fees you paid for the current membership year.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes will apply from your next renewal unless they are required by law or do not disadvantage you.
